• By car:
A1 from the direction of Chiemsee: motorway exit Salzburg West, then continue along the Innsbrucker Bundesstraße. Turn off right onto the Karolingerstraße then along the Kugelhofstraße. Turn off left on the Kenderlstraße and continue along the Rochusgasse.
A1 from the direction of Mondsee: motorway exit Salzburg Mitte, then continue along the Münchner Bundesstraße and Iganz-Harrer-Straße. Turn off right onto the Guggenmoosstraße. Then turn left onto the Kleßheimer Allee. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards the Innsbrucker Bundesstraße. Then continue along the Maxglaner Hauptstraße and turn off right onto the Rochusgasse.
• By plane:
Salzburg airport has national and international flights each day. Alternatively: Munich airport.
• By train:
Salzburg main train station with fast national and international connections each day.
• Cancellations are free-of-charge up to 7 days before the planned arrival date. The deposit will be refunded in full, minus any transfer charges.
• In the case of cancellations made between one week and 72 hours before the planned arrival date, 10% of the cost of the stay will be charged. Any advance payment made in excess of this will be refunded in full, minus any transfer charges.
• In the case of cancellations made less than 72 hours before the planned arrival date, 80% of the cost of the stay will be charged. Any advance payment made in excess of this will be refunded in full, minus any transfer charges.
• In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
• Premature departures are classed as a partial cancellation.
• The terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply (AGBH 2006).
• Cancellations must be made in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Your city apartment will be available for your use until 11:00 on the departure day. The keycard to your apartment will stop working after 11:00. You do not need to check out separately at the kiosk or reception. Simply leave your keycard in the apartment or return it to reception. You can also leave the keycard in our letterbox.

The emergency exits are labelled with illuminated green pictograms in accordance with international standards. In the event of an emergency, follow the emergency exit directions on the map on your apartment door. This map can also be used as a means of navigation in an emergency.

Fire extinguishers and fire alarms can be found on each floor. Their exact location is labelled on the map on your apartment door. The hotel has a central fire alarm system. If you hear a loud alarm sound, leave the building via the marked emergency exits and follow the instructions of the fire brigade. If you suspect that there is a fire in the building, please contact our emergency services or reception without delay. Smoking and playing around with open windows are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. If an alarm is set off in error as a result of improper conduct and the fire brigade alerted, the perpetrator will be charged € 500.

The B(l)ackhome City Apartments are quick and easy to book online. Please simply follow the booking process on our homepage.
Our reception team are on available on-site from MON to FRI 07:00 to 14:00 and by email at email@example.com to address and deal with any important issues, long-stays, company invoices or special enquiries.
You can access our WLAN for free throughout the hotel area. The access code can be found in the Guest A-Z.
The nearest motorway exit, ‘Innsbruck Mitte’, is just 3 minutes away. Simply take the road off to the south from the roundabout right outside the building.
Multi-lingual operating instructions are available for all electrical appliances such as the dishwasher and microwave. These can be found on the stand behind the info sheets.
We accept the following forms of payment: Mastercard, Visa. Cash payments are not possible.

The nearest pharmacy is just a 4 minute walk away. At the end of the Rochusgasse, turn off right onto the Maxglaner Hauptstraße.

There are 3 parking spaces outside the building for loading and unloading. We recommend using the city of Salzburg public parking spaces for longer stay parking.
Please note that pets are not permitted anywhere in the building. If you bring a pet to the apartment, you will be charged a cleaning fee of € 50.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments. In the event of damage to an apartment caused by smoking or if we are unable to rent out an apartment for a certain period of time due to the smell of smoke, the perpetrator will be charged accordingly.
